I met a wonderful person who has set up a kids yoga center near Rome. He came to our restaurant to eat a few yrs ago with his family when they were passing through Abruzzo and they were honestly delightful! I was sad that I am not near Rome. Anyway, it just came to my mind and hopefully he is still in business!

my niece was doing yoga from 3-4yrs old and she loved it she still does it now and shes 8! lol
