Ingredients
4 Oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Red Onion, very thinly sliced
1 tbsp Freshly chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Olive Oil
The juice of 1 Lemon
½ teasp Cayenne Pepper
½ tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Transfer to a serving platter or individual plates before serving.
