Hi all

Does anyone have any good ideas for what to do with about a ton of oranges?! The flatmate went to his nonna's orto the other day and came back absolutely laden, but we're NEVER going to get through them just eating them as is, so does anyone have any good recipes/preserving ideas?

Yeah, I saw them! I made the pasta in orange sauce for lunch and it was YUM and dead easy as well. I did it with conchiglie, rather than pipette ('cos that's what I happened to have), and can recommend it. Thank you so much! cheers
