Ingredients (serves 4)
1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
1 crushed garlic clove
4 wholemeal wheat wraps
1 bunch trimmed rocket
12 slices rare roast beef
8 sliced cornichons (pickled cucumbers)
3 sliced roma tomatoes
8 slices Swiss cheese
Method
Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a small bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the base of wraps.
Evenly divide rocket, roast beef, cornichons, tomatoes and Swiss cheese among each wrap.
Roll up firmly and fold in the ends to enclose the filling.
