Philly Cream Cheese Salad
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
1 medium can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small jar maraschino cherries (reserve liquid)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cherry juice (from the maraschino cherries)
15 large marshmallows (cut up)
1/2 pint whipping cream (1 cup cool whip if you don’t like the cream)
green lettuce
Blend the cheese with the mayonnaise, add cherry juice, crushed pineapple, cherries and marshmallows. Mix together. If using the whipping cream place in small bowl and whip until stiff. Add whipping cream (or cool whip) – fold into mixture. Serve on leaves of lettuce
