I just bought the Nike sports band and its really good! you can put the sensor in your shoe and then press start on the band while you walk or jog and it records your speed, time, miles and calories you have burnt!
You can connect it to your computer and it saves the details on the Nike connect website and on facebook if you want it to!
Its really motivating and even if you dont jog/run you can use it for when you go out walking! its also a watch to so you can wear it all the time
