Ingredients
1 sugar cube
1 dash bitters (such as Angostura)
5 fluid ounces Champagne
Directions
1.Place the sugar cube into a Champagne flute, and drop the bitters onto the sugar. Fill the flute with Champagne, and serve. Do not stir.
