Hi everyone!

I'm an American (from Michigan and Montana) who just moved to Trieste in August for a teaching job. I'm absolutely loving it here - I'd expected the transition to be a lot harder than it was!

I look forward to getting to know the women on this site.

Thanks for the welcome, ladies!

Actually, my profile picture is me holding a hard-to-see grape at a wine tasting last weekend. Smile

But, it absolutely looks like the gesture my students make all the time! Smile

My contract is for two years. But, I hope/plan to stay longer. Trieste is an amazing city and my apartment and job and LIFE here have started off really well.
