...or afternoon teas, or whatever!
Now that the weather has finally picked up, it would be nice to meet other Expat females of a similar age living in/near Rome for a chat, window-shopping, enjoy a refreshing drink, discuss the ups & downs of living here permanently. I'm a member of a 'meetup' but I've found that mostly attracts Italians rather than people from home and I find chatting in my own language infinitely more relaxing.
A wee bit about me: I'm married (to a Roman), paint watercolours semi-professionally, work part-time for a small magazine and have just started a project working with fabrics. Sports-wise I enjoy kayaking, the beach, yoga. Enjoy travelling. I'm vegetarian but I find the choice of fresh veg in Rome much better than I ever found in Old Blighty.
