Hi Lizzie! Gallarate is a smaller town about 40 km north of Milano. Are you familiar with the Malpensa airport? It is very near this airport in the providence of Varese. I really like it here, of course it would be nicer to be by the sea:)

I stayed in Acore for a few weeks when I was 19, and used to go into Milan for work, I think I landed at Malpensa. But it seems a long time ago now! My favorite place was Lake Como.

My BF has an Uncle living in your area Kri it sounds nice!

I will be moving to Milano over summer. I have to admit I didn't know where Gallarete was either but there you go, you learn something everyday. Do you come into Milano often?
