hey everyone.. i wanted to see if anyone had a similar problem..or some advice? lately I have felt pain stretching out my leg in my knee area.. its not that bad but I wonder if I should get it checked out? I walk alot but is there something I'm missing here? advice appreciated!

Round the kneecap or behind the knee? If it's the kneecap it could be housemaid's knee. If it's behind then you've probably pulled a tendon or something. Either way, unless it's really sharp, shooting pains, treating with a bit of rest and ibuprofen (which calms inflammation) should sort it out.

Dont stress it to much! so no jogging or gym for you for a while

yeah lately i have been feeling better.. stretching a little more.. perhaps all the flying and whatnot in december was taking its toll but i ibuprofen did help! thanks guys!
