1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried culinary lavender flowers
1/2 tsp (2 mL) green tea leaves
2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh mint leaves or 2 tsp (10 mL) dried mint
1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
Honey to taste
In a teapot, combine the lavender flowers, green tea leaves, and mint. Pour boiling water over the mixture. Steep for 10 minutes. Serve hot or chilled.
