From Chicago to Torino!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Kelly and I will be moving to Torino in December with my husband and three daughters. My husband took a job transfer and we will be living in Torino for 2-3 years. My daughters are ages 11,9 and 7. They will be going to the International School starting in January. I would love to hear from anyone about your moving experience to Italy and how you adjusted. Also, about life in and around Torino. I am very excited about our move and look forward to hearing from you.

I hope you enjoy your time in Torino. I loved living there! We will be moving back in March 2012 (from Indianapolis). Have you joined the International Womens Club of Torino? I highly recommend it - I was a very active member for the 7.5 years I lived there. Those ladies were a life-saver for me in my first couple years there! My husband is Italian, and from Torino, which also helped me to settle in.
Maybe we'll see other next spring. I have 2 small children - ages 5 & 2.
