Area in Rome to live

Hello! We are getting ready to make the big move to Rome soon, and I would love some advice about neighborhoods. We homeschool, so school is no problem, but we would love to be close enough to some classes, like art or dance, that are taught in English or the instructors know some to help my kids. We are studying Italian now.

Also, we will not have a car, so neighborhoods or areas with a good public transport line would be the best option for us.
